Note : The version Windows 3.1x requires the lastest version of Win32s. If there is a file named 'win32s.ini' in the directory \windows\system, Win32s is installed. This file contains the number of version. If this number of version is equal or higher than 1.30.172 (v1.30c), it is not necessary to reinstall Win32s. Win32s can be to download here
